The Company:
Our Client is a major oil and gas operator who has operations though out the world. This role will be working within the Exploration and Production arm of my clients business working on major project in the North Sea.

The Role:
While working closely with the Project team the chosen candidates will be responsible for ensuring HSSE risks are identified and appropriately addressed during the design phase and followed through to the final execution of the project. They will also have to develop and manage integrated work practices between my client and their contractor. To support HSSE Delivery and technical integrity for the project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities;

- To be a member of the project management team
- Provide HSSE Leadership and management expertise to the project manager and team.
- Fully support the Project delivery and take the lead in identifying and scoping the HSSE deliverable and activities required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, my clients HSSE policy, standards direction and targets.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
,- BSc degree or equivalent education / experience.
- A proven track record in the oil and gas industry within HSSE management and delivery.
- Demonstrate effective management and leadership skill.
- Experience in construction / installation HSSE management

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Previously experience of being a client representative in a contractors design office.
