The Role:
The Projects Information Management Lead reports to the MAR Governance Assurance Manager, with Functional line to Client IM Group Norway and is responsible for overseeing the management of the all Project Information Management issues and Information Technologies activities on the BLP.

Identify, analyze and define business requirements for the project, culminating in the creation of an IM Strategy covering the lifecycles for Information (LCI) throughout all project phases, physical site locations and Documentation for Operations (DFO) handover.

Be accountable for the implementing of IT tools enabling the project to deliver sufficient IM capabilities.

Establish and manage a small but competent IM team delivering on the IM strategy throughout the Project lifecycle.

Establish the required, standards and specifications to govern the project information management systems, processes and people.

Maintain a active relationship with project management, project engineering authority and operation start-up team to ensure information accuracy, timeliness and completeness.

Liaise closely with client IT&Support and the Norway IM Team who will functionally support.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Previous experience working with Information Management on large projects holding roles as:
Project Information Management Lead/manager
LCI coordinator (Lifecycles Information)
DFO coordinator (Documentation for Operation)
Information Management Business analyst
Information Technology Business analyst
Project Document Controller

Working as part of a Project Management Team

Working knowledge IM/IT Delivery Verticals structure and working practices as well as Upstream / Downstream business environment, objectives and management structures.

Solid Information Management background from large scale brown/green field development project
Business process analysis experience

Previous experience in the Client role

IT systems and IT project management

Engineering Information Management processes (Conventional and 3D)

Excellent communication and influencing skills, across the whole project irrespective of seniority, organizational or contractual boundaries
