The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Main Purpose of the Role
- Facilitation and coordination of project activities within the EGA project team
- To support technical deliverables

Scope of the Role
- Maintaining and managing the project Vehicle Usage Plans to ensure EGA requirements are captured and to co-ordinate all EGA updates and concern resolutions during the life of the project.
- Maintaining the EGA vehicle log to ensure vehicle availability as per the VUP and to co-ordinate all vehicle shipping requests.
- Attendance at EG fleet meetings to manage vehicle requests, communicate security and disguise status, and communicate fleet concerns back into the EGA project team.
- Supporting local and proving ground drive events (logistics, planning, vehicle movement, pass outs, security approval etc.) and by locating and negotiating vehicle usage with internal and external departments.
- Collation of project status documents e.g. PVRs, AeKos, ECRs, RAGs, ESO & gateway status reports and to support any RIE activity pertaining to these project documens.
- Support the collation of the project SoFa/WiFa status and brochure.
- Facilitation of any Proving Ground logistical support, track & transport POs and to authorise and monitor these POs and EGA budgets.
- Will need a product driving license and may need Proving Ground driving permit.
- Occasional EGA engineering support (as requested) pertaining to workshop administration, part reservations and availability and local road driving and testing.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience in automotive industry development department required.
- Previous experience in Acoustics & Aerodynamics would be advantageous.
