The Company:
Our Client is one of the largest independent oil and gas exploration and production companies in Europe.

The Role:
Our leading client is currently seeking a Project Logistics Services Lead to be initially based in Singapore on a residential and transferring to Ghana.

Accountable for the management oversight and delivery of logistics services to support Offshore Installation and FPSO offshore installation as well as offshore and onshore hook up and commissioning into operations.

The Project Services Lead is the main liaison to numerous contractors, sub-contractors and vendors who deliver services in support of the offshore construction and FPSO delivery. In this respect, Project Services Lead to set expectations and standards with service providers and to manage their performance.

Compile and report accurate data to reflect readiness of personnel and materials for timely support and FPSO arrival.
Mentor and coach local Logistics personnel, so that skills are developed to allow nationalisation of the role.
Develop and implement all processes and procedures needed to ensure all personnel and materials logistics services are covered.
Serve as Lead for multidisciplinary team (operations, project, HR, project services) expected to deliver all required entry visas and work permits required for FPSO delivery.
Ensure that personnel required for FPSO start-up are successfully mobilised.
Super User for on board personnel tracking system, ensuring it is operational and heli admin team fully trained before FPSO sails.
Serve as focal point for Singapore team with respect to visas, permits, accommodation, office space and IT service.
Track from hiring through to end of assignment process for in-country team.
Monitor individual contractor performance and recommend actions that achieve performance improvement.
Represent the Logistics team in planning meetings, strategy sessions and problem-solving efforts providing service to TEN (e.g., Aviation, Marine Services, Security, Finance, C&P, HR, Visa, Regulatory Affairs).
Assist in co-ordinating personnel, material, equipment, and resources movements in and out of Singapore and Ghana, in conjunction with various contractors, agencies and support teams.
Co-ordinate and provide assistance with all travel related issues within Ghana and Singapore.
Assist and advise the Team on matters pertaining to in-country requirements, i.e. customs, laws and regulations, procedures, local protocol, etc.
Monitor costs in respect of personnel, aviation, shipping and materials movement. Report issues and recommend actions/interventions.
Ensure compliance with TGL EHS policies and procedures.
Carry out any other duties and responsibilities that may arise during the execution phase of the project as dictated and agreed with TEN Manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree qualified
Supply Chain Management experience
Contracts knowledge
Working knowledge of Deepwater Subsea projects
Extensive Major Projects experience
Significant experience of supporting projects/operations in Africa; direct residential experience in West Africa
High level of competency in utilizing WORD, EXCEL, VISIO, POWERPOINT, and ADOBE PROFESSIONAL
