The Role:
• Manage engineering (FEED and detail design), procurement, fabrication, and construction contractors
• Accountable for adherence to Company specifications, project expenditures, and implementation.
• Accountable for safety aspects of the project.
• Determine planning, scheduling and project coordination and be accountable for project results.
• Develop front-end documentation and execution plans for engineering studies and multi-discipline projects
• Oversight for the development of project scope, design, drawings, fabrication and construction
• Direct resource planning, cost estimating, and scheduling functions and coordinate with contractor management, engineering, and technical specialists, to support authorization for expenditure (AFE) development
• Simultaneously lead several projects (this position is to primarily to lead an ODS expansion project, but I can see this person helping to lead other projects as time allows, so this line is ok)
• Provide technical overview of projects and maintain standards of quality

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Engineering Degree and/or PMP required
• Min 10 years’ experience overall, 5 years managing oil and gas development projects
• Alaska NS experience preferred
• Working knowledge of industrial engineering and construction
• Experience with scheduling projects
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to supervise others
