The Role:

  • To manage and drive project management activities to ensure that cross-functional projects are efficiently delivered in common standardized manner, aligned with project objectives, requirement, and complied with planned program management scheme.


  • Coordinate/facilitate development and execution of Corporate Affairs strategies and plans.
  • Support risk management activities to ensure all potential risks are continuously monitored.
  • Ensure operational compliance with company policies and regulatory requirement to drive towards sustained operation and promote corporate governance.
  • Develop project / program management master plan in alignment with Group's strategic direction to direct and guide annual cross-functional project management for the Corporate Affairs Group.
  • Manage and validate development of project charter, project plan, including scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and approach development, across multiple cross-functional projects to ensure synchronization of projects, and effective resource utilization.
  • Drive and control cross-functional project management activities, and provide assistance, if required to ensure effectiveness of cross-functional project aligning with project objectives within determined timeline, set budget and expected quality.
  • Supervise risk and issue management that may occur during project period to deliver the expected outcome of the project, and mitigate any threats in quality.
  • Continuously liaise with relevant stakeholders to update progress of projects.
  • Supervise and control expense management during project period to ensure that budget is efficiently and transparently utilized.
  • Supervise the negotiation with vendors to ensure alignment with initial agreement as well as optimal benefit for the company.
  • Establish and drive Corporate Affairs internal processes (department meetings, planning, coordination and follow-up).
  • Prepare and give management presentations and briefings on key topics.
  • Participate in / drive meetings towards key internal / external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate and support on corporate agenda upon request.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in related discipline required; Graduate degree (MBA) preferred.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking competencies to analyze business environment and define opportunities, solutions or approaches for channel optimization by using observation, data, external benchmarking, competitive intelligence and fact-based insight with intuition and foresight.
  • Experience in project planning and management with ability to break-down complex problems into manageable goals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated skill in influence, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
  • Ability to work in independently and in a collaborative team environment interacting with all levels in the organization, manage and prioritize multiple tasks and consistently meet commitments.
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
  • Proactive, persistent and self-motivated, excellent project management and supervisory
