The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Responsible for leading the delivery of localised supplier manufacturing facilities supplying into Plant Nitra, meeting all defined targets from a cost, timing and quality perspective. Responsible for execution of localisation team deliverables and reporting of status as required by relevant programme gateways.

3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
1)Strong project mgt skillset, with demonstrable experience in the delivery of complex projects
2)Ability to lead the resolution of business, technical and process issues within a Project Team, working in a high paced environment
3)"Commercial & Business Acumen, with the ability to deal with internal and external cross functional stakeholders. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, self-confidence and a "passion for quality"

Experience Required: A good working knowledge of quality gateway driven processes (such as PCDS, APQP, and PSW) are essential Previous experience within the manufacturing industry or programme planning departments Experience managing projects end to end, with inter linked dependancies (SP?) to specified deadlines.

Education Required: "Preferably degree qualified Experience dealing effectively with suppliers, ideally in a project management environment. A background in the Automotive Industry is desirable but not essential.


Additional Information: Location: University Of Warwick, Whitley & Gaydon & International travel to Central Eastern Europe when required This contract is a 6 month rolling basis.
