The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Project Manager delivering the following; Growth from 47 to 75 Heads
Develop processes to support on-going expansion of the business in India, this includes on boarding, interfacing and all operational activities
Work closely with Functional Managers to develop and implement relevant plans, delivery programmes in order to drive operational performance improvement
Design and develop internal communications and training strategy
Implement aspects of the Chassis culture initiative (expanded Team) within the offshore team
Facilitate workshops to gather, define and communicate business requirements including event driven process mapping sessions
Present project status & documenting functional requirements
Identify stakeholders to facilitate workshop to meet business improvement portfolios
Contribute to SWOT analysis, fit gap analysis and other business analysis activities keeping in mind the scope of the project
Prepare presentation and Reports to communicate to Senior management regarding Chassis engagement & inputs
Take Project ownership of critical CE Process & Dashboards.
Chassis Factory team is developing Metrics & Dashboard, to enable Factory customers to retrieve useful information quickly, reduce data manipulation, editing, chasing people for information
Conduct or coordinate Requirements gathering session with customers to capture requirements for the new dashboard/trackers. - Develop these with ODEC via DBC's

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The ability to identify critical success factors within the Chassis Engineering Process & methods, assess the impact of new tools & softwares and provide new and unique insights.
Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
The confidence and ability to present to Senior Management
Experience in an automotive industry essential
Familiar with all the automotive tools and system
Master's degree in Management · Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Minimum 2-4 years industry experience
Minimum 1 year professional experience in an Automotive industry
Good people management skills
High ability to absorb pressure and continually deliver against target
Previous business process improvement and change management exposure

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experience in a global team
