The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Assume lead project management responsibility for the entire in-sourcing project - design and execute transfer plan from current outsource organisation to in-house operation, including all systems operational at point of changeover Plan for team induction, including training, guidance and development of team Engender a JLR culture and loyalty amongst new team members Responsibility for IT/systems development Procurement and Purchasing Manage the interface with the Purchasing Group.

Deep knowledge of the principles and processes involved in logistics management Proven and successful Project Management experience in an Aftersales environment Is familiar with the use of SAP systems A detailed understanding of current economic, technological and political factors that drive change in the automotive design and Aftersales environment and be able to interpret these factors to create strategies for Parts and Accessories Inventory that deliver a competitive edge for Jaguar Land Rover Experience in driving results through teamwork Established network of industry contacts to ensure alertness to new concepts and strategies Proven track record of achieving personal and team goals Fluent English (written and spoken
