The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
The Pre-PS Project Leader is responsible for leading new vehicle products (including `Halo and personalisation programmes) from concept through to the () gateway:
Key Deliverables include;
1) Developing new vehicle concepts and programme rationales.
2) Selecting programme content to meet customer, financial, attribute and technical requirements
3) Leading the cross functional alignment process including co-ordination of the activities of ETOs APC, Design, Engineering and Marketing teams, as well as relevant core teams.
Other activities include supporting cycle plan development, studies into new opportunities & technologies and development of cross-carline implementation strategies. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Experience in managing complex projects and delivering results through cross functional stakeholders.
A creative approach to solving problems and a willingness to question the status quo.
A keen interest in corporate strategy, and particular interest in Niche Performance and Luxury brands, products and customer needs.
Ability to analyse data and present recommendations / conclusions concisely.
Willingness to adapt in a fast moving, exciting and evolving environment
