The Company:
The company designs, constructs, transports, installs and removes offshore facilities for the global oil and gas industry. During the last decades they have become a significant international player in the offshore oil and gas construction industry. The Group consists of two divisions, each with a specific role in the activities of the Group

The Role:
Must have a proven track record as a project manager, project value - £30 million plus.

Responsible for the management of the onshore/offshore construction of transformer platforms, topsides or jackets.

Manage a multi-disciplined team of site engineers and inspectors to monitor the progress of construction co-ordination of interfaces with external contractors, fabricators, suppliers and regulatory bodies.

Oversee the preparation and evaluation of sub-contractor packages leading up to sub-contractor award.

Oversee the completions of topside fabrication, integration, pre-commissioning and commissioning up to handover.

Monitor project costs and construction progress in accordance with the project cost reports and plans.

Develop effective interfaces with client representatives.

Develop a pro-active approach to safety.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Fabrication Experience within a senior management role
Engineering Materials Science or equivalent qualifications.
