The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
A new opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager leading and managing the Fatigue Risk Management System project team acting as the primary interface between the business and the project team as well as the subject matter expert for FRMS. The role will be focused on understanding the needs of the business, design of a bespoke system, it's inhouse development and implementation. This a system developed from scratch and reqiores an experienced Proejct Manager who can deliver across the full life cycle of the project to ensure the effective implementtaion of new systems and processes for the FRMS.

The responsibilities will include:
• Delivering the FRMS project to agreed scope, quality, time and budget whilst maintaining compliance to company values, policies and standards.
• Managing the placement and performance of resources on the project.
• Applying company project development and execution processes in a fit for purpose manner to deliver agreed project outcomes.
• Ensuring projects are scoped and planned in accordance with company procedures and appropriate approvals are sought.
• Ensuring project delivery issues and risks are proactively managed, communicated and escalated as required.
• Applying the approved change request process, clearly articulating impacts from requested changes.
• Reporting project progress and performance effectively.
• Working with the business operational teams to ensure effective transition to support.
• Stakeholder and relationship management.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for progress updates on delivery, issues and risks to stakeholders.
• Escalation of issues regarding any of the project team.
• Clarification of project scope or changes to scope.
• Review and acceptance of project deliverables.
• Managing expectations of key stakeholders around expected quality and timing of deliverables and the participation required from the business in supporting the project delivery including business owners, Subject Matter Experts, Super Users and Change Champions.
• Vendor management.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Educated to degree level or above.
• Experience of Fatigue Risk Management Systems (National and International) - Ideally circa 5 years plus
• 5 years plus experience in leading Project Management Advanced Computer Literacy.
• Methodical in working style with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise work tasks and work in a fast paced work environment.
• Track record of full life cycle project management from concept through to deisgn, development, implementation go live.
• Background of technology and process solution implementations.
• Able to deomonstrate excellent project delivery expertise.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experience of the Oil & Gas industry
