The Company:
Our Client is a multinational construction company with a strong focus on projects across the Middle East.

The Role:
• Institute and share the business management method of advanced companies
• Hand down an operation method of the project management platform
• Analyze the platform contents of Building Business Unit and upgrade it up to the level of global companies
• Support to win and manage the executing of Highrise Projects including D/B and pre-con service
• Take responsibilities for project management such as plan set-up, execution, commissioning, completion, warranty, etc of the whole field such as design, procurement, construction, HSE, quality, etc to achieve overall project goals
• Upgrade the corporate project execution capability based on business management method of advanced companies
• Improve execution and bidding competitiveness through project management activities

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree in Construction Management
• 20 – 25 years’ experience in construction management including 5 years in highrise projects
• Must have experience leading big teams on projects
• Working for global construction companies is advantageous
• Must have knowledge related to construction cost, schedule calculation, design engineering.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and administration is mandatory
