The Company:
Our Client is a major Oil and Gas operator and has assets through out the world.

The Role:
The Project Manager will be a member of the activity planning team supporting the Activity Planning Manager to create and manage the processes necessary to facilitate the effective delivery of the organisation’s initiatives. This role will involve interfacing across several operational teams to assist them to build their plans.

As a Project Manager your main duties will involve:

• Supporting the central and deployed teams in developing long term and annual plans for the organisation.
• Implementing and executing the processes through which activities and annual operating plans are designed, developed, measured and fed into regular Performance Review conversations.
• Liaising closely with the Performance Management team to coordinate the Activity Planning team’s input to the Annual Operating Plan change process ensuring that they are clearly documented and the activity plan remains accurate throughout the year.
• Actively engaging the teams’ planners to ensure they are effectively monitoring and tracking activity plans, involving chasing up on activities and influencing key stakeholders.
• Collecting all data to support timely submission of reporting calendar requirements from teams.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree level Education.
• The ability to manage a varied workload, both in nature and delivery timeframe.
• Strong analytical skills, working with a broad range of data.
• Excellent organisation and co-ordination skills, communicating with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Experience in using advanced spreadsheet software i.e. Microsoft Excel.
