The Company:
Our client are a EPC specialist who work in the Power, Renewable, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Process and Nuclear industries. We are looking to recruit a project manager who has the ability lead a JV with tier one organisations.

The Role:
To effectively manage major nuclear projects within the UK including new builds, maintenance and decommissioning ensuring key deliverables are met including productivity, quality and health, safety and environmental standards.

Manage and co-ordinate UK nuclear projects using internal systems
Responsible for managing to completion all milestone deliverables
Plan and co-ordinate commercial activities towards achieving business aims.
Manage the relationship with 3rd party, internal and external suppliers
Development of project communications including presentations, client meetings and internal communications
Responsible for compliance with relevant internal reporting requirements
Manage the performance management process including conducting performance appraisals, providing coaching, training, career planning and development plans.
. To carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the role.
To be fully aware and comply with policy on Equality & Diversity
Develop positive and effective working relationships with customers and stakeholders
Facilitate successful delivery of nuclear projects on time and to budget

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
BSc or equivalent technical or mechanical engineering
Minimum of 5 years experience in a team leadership role
Experience of delivering major industrial projects
Experience in the Nuclear Power Industry
Ability to conduct business conversations and correspondence in English and French
Experience of working with CDM Regulations
Exeprience with NEC3
Understanding of legal requirements within UK Nuclear Industry
