The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
To plan, finalize and execute projects according to deadline and budget constraint. This includes resources allocation, brainstorming, and coordination with stakeholders such as third-party contractor or consultants to deliver the projects on target. Oversee quality control of the project throughout its life cycle.
1. Work with construction stakeholders to establish detailed project plans identifying key milestones and deliverables.
2. Manage the project framework to ensure that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.
3. Develop and implement plans, set goals and monitor/adjust targets for project teams, as necessary.
4. Prepare and recommend project management budget and monitor progress against line item cost.
5. Implement, measure and maintain quality project management processes and standards to satisfy management’s expectations.
6. Manage project team members and provide clear directions, making them aware of their roles.
7. Plan and prioritize workload schedule to ensure timetables and deliverables are met, and resources are maximized.
8. Effectively manage the project execution to ensure it produces the required deliverables to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost.
9. Responsible for day-to-day decisions relating to project execution.
10. Track progress and review project tasks regularly. Manage the project risk, prepare and submit a Risk Management Plan, if necessary, and risk action plan.
11. Showcase effective negotiation and persuasion skills when interacting with suppliers, clients, partners and contractors to achieve the project objectives.
12. Acquire resources and coordinate team efforts with third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects on time.
13. Establish guidelines, control and necessary corrective actions to ensure compliance with project requirements, EH&S standards and quality standards.
14. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/ manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Management, Business Administrative, Finance or any relevant field.
• Master Degree in Management, Business or any relevant field (Preferred).
• PMP Certificate or similar essential is desired.
• Knowledge of MS Project, ERP PM Software, MS Office.
