The Role:
•Leads the ECMA and Brownfield Projects team •Accountable for the safe, timely and efficient delivery of projects for the ECMA asset •Accountable for the definition and evaluation of the alternative development concepts for Phase IIb together with compression requirements for ECMA/Beachfield•Accountable for the safe, timely and efficient delivery of the client's Asset Integrity Upgrade Program
•Accountable for resourcing the project execution project teams, including project delivery managers •Defines and safeguards, within the constraints of his duty to the ECMA partnership, opportunities to enhance future, near-field developments. In particular, any further development projects driven by opportunities resulting from exploration success and/or 3P upside accessed by the Phase IIa and IIb projects •Ensuring compliance with all the client's VAF and Governance processes including sanction and beyond

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Preservation and enhancement of company’s reputation from a stakeholder perspective; •Functional management, support and training of subordinate resources •Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. •Maintain a high level of relationship with Key Stakeholders, both internally and externally.•Demonstrates commitment and adherence to HSSE policies and guidelines
•Ensure cross fertilization of best practices and lessons learned across all the individual project teams and across assets.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Worldwide experience in brownfield project management;
•Previous offshore and onshore energy industry experience
•Strong leadership qualities essential;
•Educated to an ONC or equivalent in, an engineering discipline.
•Must possess strong analytical skills and be capable of collating data sets to identify trends, patterns, norms and other statistical inferences.
•Must be proficient in industry HSSE practices.
•Experience of the design, construction and installation aspects of projects
•Experience performing risk assessments, HAZOPS, HAZIDS, etc.
•Project management experience.
•Ability to lead a multi-disciplined and multi-cultural team.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
•The use of initiative, judgment and a proactive approach will be fundamental in delivering the key accountabilities.•Manages own time and establishes priorities;•Detailed knowledge of HSSE best practice.•Mature inter-personal skills – must demonstrate appropriate Leadership and Management ability;•Wide experience of different types of Oil & Gas projects.•Requires strong analytical skills.
•Detailed knowledge and understanding of local contractor/supplier capabilities.•Good people management skills;•Highly effective communicator and influencer – articulate presentation skills;
•The ability to work under pressure•Sets goals and objectives and measure progress against plan – high focus on results• Supports the client's Core values through the Company’s Business Principles
