The Role:
• HSE Management
• Project Quality Management
• Business Management
• Schedule Management
• Information Management
• Engineering Management
• Procurement & Subcontracting Management
• Construction and Commissioning
• Ensure focus on commercial results for Client and Aker Solutions
• Accomplish project objectives
• Manage Start-up of a project and initiate important early activities by establishing the project vision, objectives and strategies for HSE, quality and commercial performance
• Obtain detailed knowledge of the Contract and ensure adherence to the Contract requirements
• Ensure that the Project Scope of Work is clear and understood by the Project Organisation
• Establish the Project Management Plan, which defines how the project will be executed, monitored, controlled and closed
• Demonstrate HSE Leadership by emphasising personal commitment to HSE and by promoting Aker Solutions’ HSE principles & HSE mindset
• Maintain internal and external stakeholder communications and relations
• Effective day-to-day management of the Project Organisation
• Ensure knowledge and understanding of Project main status and challenges and act for the Project’s best development
• Establish a Project methodology for ensuring systematic verification and documentation of completion of all activities and deliveries to the level of quality applicable to the Project
• Develop & manage project management team with clear definition of roles and responsibilities
• Be responsible for the effective development of people and teams

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications / Personal Attributes
Degrees in Engineering and Business Administration are highly desirable.
