The Role:
1Project Scope Management
To strategise, lead, drive, manage and control project scope requirements which includes
•Planning
•Defining the exact scope
•Verifying the scope
•Controlling

2Cost Management
To manage project cost included
•Planning for resource allocation
•Providing accurate cost estimates
•Creating the project budget
•Applying good cost control techniques
•Providing project financial accountability

3Quality Management
To ensure the project deliverables satisfy contractual quality requirement which includes
•Planning for project quality
•Adhering to quality assurance
•Enforcing set quality control systems

4Project Human Resource Management
To deploy the right resource to the project work in the most effective way to accomplish the project goals while maintaining cost and schedule. This includes
•Developing project organizational structure
•Fulfilling staff acquisition
•Developing the project team

5Project Communication Management
To determine who needs what information and when – and then produces the plan to provide the needed information which include
•Communication planning – to identify the stakeholders and their communication needs and determine how to fulfil their requirements
•Information distribution – to get the correct information on the correct schedule to the appropriate stakeholders
•Performance reporting – performance measurement to create status reports, measure performance and forecast project conditions
•Administrative closure – a routine of documentation, communication and information distribution to close out a phase or project

6Risk Management
Identifying, classifying, weighing the risks to determine their impact on the project should they come into play which includes
•Planning for risk management
•Identifying risks
•Using qualitative risk analysis
•Using quantitative risk analysis
•Creating project risk response plans
•Actively monitoring and reacting to project risks

7Problem Solving
To troubleshoot and resolve project operational issues/problems to ensure smooth Project implementation in accordance with the industry best practices in order to ensure prompt decision making for the success of the Project

8HSE
To lead, enforce and accountable the implementation of HSE initiatives in the projects and promote HSE practices and behaviour/work culture in all its project sites/work areas and among project management team members/workers, to ensure compliance to HSE requirements are meet

9Work Environment
To initiate, promote and maintain a healthy and conducive work environment that encourages cohesiveness and commitment among Project management team members/workers and inculcate global championship mindset to improve productivity and to ensure high standard of services

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum Academic Qualification Degree in Engineering
Minimum Relevant Working Experience 8 years in Oil & Gas Industry
