The Role:
Position Overview

This role is responsible for all Catering, Hotel Services and FM operations in Tengiz. Reporting to the General Manager Operations will be responsible for managing a team of support service professionals and will play a lead role in providing financial and operational support to Senior Management. He or she will be responsible for the key client relationships and ensuring safe operations, while generating and implementing strategies to improve service levels and improve efficiency throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and lead safety management systems that meet company and client expectations
• Lead, build and consolidate positive client relations
• Conduct continual analysis and evaluation of strategic information (revenues, unit and department margins, resources, cost of sales, operations, etc)
• Coordinate and manage subordinates, facilitate interdepartmental communication and allocate tasks and resources as needed.
• Gather and link information, resolve discrepancies and make strategic recommendations
• Engage and work with support service professionals who are charged with producing safe, timely and high quality operations
• Prioritize and manage several tasks simultaneously
• Ensure cross functional development and assist in the consolidation and integration of local national workforce
• Make effective presentation on general topics to internal/external audience
• Provide meaningful reporting to Senior Management in timely and effective manner
• Manage customer support programs and technical trouble shooting related to a variety of services
• Organize, analyze, interpret and evaluate results and provide practical, cost effective solutions
• Facilitate contract administration, inspection and project management

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years experience with related support services required
• University or college degree/diploma
• Strong leadership, management, coaching and organizational skills
• Excellent oral, written, cross functional and interpersonal communication skills that are appropriate for various levels, including management staff, clients and contractors
