The Role:
Manage all projects of company on a professional level assigned to the position holder throughout the whole project lifecycle based on agreed requirements and follow company stage gate process.
Ensure the application and the adherence of appropriate standards/guidelines of company for Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management, Commissioning and HSSE.
Agreed scope must ensure asset integrity and follows the specific process requirements of plant based on company Standards regarding capability, reliability, availability, maintainability and operability.
Execute the agreed Scope of Work and deliver the assigned Projects within Scope, Budget/Cost, Schedule, Quality and assure Zero Harm - No Losses to deliver successful Projects.
Ensure that all executed Projects are in compliance with Kazakhstan legislative requirements prior to Handover.
Follow up industry "Best Practice" Project Management principles (e.g. IPA) to reach Capital Effectiveness.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Report on a regular base to Line Manger regarding issues status and progress of assigned projects and follow P&E Regular Communication Circle - Team/Project, Basic rules for the Team, Key Project Success Factors and all company required Project Standards, Guidelines etc. located in REAL.
Manage, lead and steer/direct the integrated project team on a day to day basis incl. all required key team members (GM, DM, PO, ADM, AR and Steering Committee), stake holder and contractor teams assigned to the project to ensure timely and efficient implementation of the project scope based on agreed and approved targets regarding Scope, Budget/Cost, Schedule, Quality and HSSE.
Keep updated on relevant engineering & construction codes and standards to develop a working knowledge of E&P industry practises.
Keep updated on developments, technologies, contractor and supplier markets and share best practices concerning company
Continuously improve E&P knowledge particularly in Oil & Gas processes to r

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Master, Mechanical Engineering or other Engineeering Degree
Experience: 10 years
Additionals: Project Management education equivalent PMI or IPMA
Show basic PM knowledge requirements e.g. Project overall Leadership, HSSE Management, Project Management, Project Scope definition and delivery, Manage contracting strategy, Organizational management, Performance management, Communication and relationships, Intervention and Planning ahead.
Professional intern. Project Management experience in Project execution environment with min. > 5 years work experience in oil & gas, energy or petrochemical related area of expertise.
Experience in managing small to medium size/complexity projects
Fluent in English, Russian and other languages advantageous
Strong experience in Kazakhstan Authority approval process, procurement system NADLOC process and have knowledge of Kazakhstan local laws, codes and standards to be used for project execution
Provide local market knowledge regarding engineering-
