The Role:

 CCNA knowledge at least.

Project Management:

 Acts as Project Manager.
 Acceptable knowledge in IT.
 Leading and guiding the site resources.
 Creating WBS “Work Breakdown Structure” for all site team.
 Fast & Correct decision liaising with customer.
 Determine and monitor the change requests.
 Control/Monitor the scope of work given via project plan.
 Plan the communication.
 Determine all roles and responsibilities.
 Complete final performance reporting.


 Listens to others and accepts input from team members.
 Arabic Language.
 Clearly articulate ideas and thoughts verbally.
 Accurately prepares written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective and professional.
 Relays relevant IT-related information to the company in a timely manner.
 Assists in the facilitation of team meetings.
 Delivers informative, well organized presentations.
 Understands and can communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully or with confidentiality.

Leadership & Responsibility

 Displays a positive attitude
 Demonstrates flexibility in day-to-day work.
 Sets high standards of performance for oneself.
 Is 100% responsible for all tasks undertaken, ensures job completion of the task requested and communicates it to the relevant person as well as overseeing the successful completion of tasks assigned to junior staff.
