The Company:
An international EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.

The Role:
- Project Management of all MEI&C related project activities in accordance with Project Objectives.
- Project Management of functional / matrix support groups including technical/engineering, construction, contracts, project controls, and other groups as required.
- Identification of project risks and interfaces, and working with the functional groups to ensure appropriate execution and mitigation plans are developed
- Project Management related reporting activities, including input to monthly reports, management briefings, interfaces.
- Interface with the MEI&C contractor on project management issues.
- Share the MEI&C Project Manager's workload, including representing the Project Manager at various internal and external meetings,and assisting in the review anf approval of contract or project related documentation.
- Specific focus on LNGP execution plan and schedule.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- People management skills, ability to work in an influence mode as easily as in a command and control mode
- Negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
- Twenty years Oil&Gas / LNG Plant Project Management and/or Construction Management experience including at lest 10 years in responsible leadership/management positions.
- Formal Engineering qualifications and well grounded in Engineering, Construction Processes, and Contract Management, proven management and delegation skills.
- Solid understanding of Safety, Scope, Schedule, Cost and Quality management with strong knowledge of local industry and fabrcation yard practices.
- Prior fabrication yard and/ or Construction Site experience, understanding of site execution sequences and challenges
- Strong understanding of Heavy Industry HSSE requirements.
- Experience working with multicultural organisations.
