The Company:
An oil and gas company is looking for 4 Project Managers based in The Woodlands with travel including Marcellus PA, South, West and East Texas. Possible Locations - Kermit Tx, Williamsport PA, Midland Tx, Eagleford Tx, and possibly the Woodlands too.

Job Summary:

This Engineering and Optimization Team position within the Midstream Operations Services Group is located in Clients corporate headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas.

Qualifications:

•Minimum of eight years of relevant Midstream Operations and Engineering experience; facility experience in unconventional shale production areas is beneficial.
•A high degree of familiarity with and knowledge of gathering, compression, treating, and processing for gas and liquid pipeline systems is required.
•Experience with pipeline, process and compression modeling software programs such as SynerGEE, PipeFlo, PipeSim, OLGA, Promax, UniSim, PVTsim and Ariel Performance.
•Experience modeling steady-state single and multiphase gas, water, oil and NGL pipeline systems; transient multiphase modeling experience preferred.
•The incumbent must demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
•Technically proficient and self-motivated with creative problem solving skills to accomplish tasks within a team environment.
•Working knowledge of applicable industry and regulatory codes (API, ASME, ANSI, and DOT).
Responsibilities:

•Primary responsibility includes providing optimization solutions through the modeling of existing and proposed pipelines, process and compressor facilities in support of Operations, Engineering & Construction and Commercial Development.
•Provides Engineering and Construction and Commercial Development with detailed hydraulic simulation studies for the planning and development of new gas and liquid gathering systems.
•Incumbent will participate in the field identification and analysis of optimization opportunities throughout facilities.
•Project work encompasses the engineering and management of assigned projects relating to the implementation of optimization solutions from inception through completion.
•The incumbent is expected to execute multiple projects varying in size and complexity with minimal work direction. Assigned projects are to be completed expeditiously and efficaciously for the OSG’s internal customers.
•Participation in technical reviews and support to other Company Departments upon request.

Education:

Bachelor degree required; Chemical, Petroleum, or Mechanical preferred. Grade and salary will be commensurate with relevant education and experience.


Relocation:
This position is eligible for relocation.



Travel Requirements:
The percentage of travel for this position is 10% - 25%, with potential of up to 50% at times.



Work Schedule:
This position is eligible for the 9/80 work schedule.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education
BS degree in Chemical and/or Petroleum Refining Engineering is required. Grade and salary will be commensurate with relevant education and experience.
Minimum of 8 years relevant experience required

Certifications/Licenses
Valid driver's license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required.

Relocation
This position is eligible for domestic relocation.

Travel Requirements
The percentage of travel required for this position is 30 - 50%.

Work Schedule
This position is on a 5/40 work schedule
