The Company:
Our Client is one of the largest independent oil and gas exploration and production companies in Europe.

The Role:
The Project Office Administrator will work in the Programme management office and provide adminsitrative assistance to the programme.

This will include:

- General Office administration tasks
- Onboading and offboarding administration of project resources
- Maintenance of various project artifacts, such as location trackers, holiday trackers, project deliverable trackers.
- Tracking of expenses incurred - this will be in the form of assistance to the existing Financial analyst.
- Assistance in planning of office logistics such as desk allocation and pending office re-organisations
- Assistance to project team members
- Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes
- Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts
- Arranging both in-house and external events
