The Role:
PIMS/PMCS & Action Tracking
* Ensure all New Hires have been granted access to PIMS/PMCS Action Tracking System
* Act a local PIMS/PMCS Super User and provide regular introductory sessions on PIMS/PMCS and the Action Tracking System Procedure to New Hires.
* Monitoring action tracking for specific actions assigned to users within their base location, and supporting users as necessary in completion of actions.
* Provide Action Tracking reports to PGM and Delivery Managers as required. Typically this will include progress reports on HAZOP, PHSSER, RAP actions etc. Assist in performance management of Action Tracking.
* Revert any queries that cannot be answered locally to central PIMS/PMCS Administrator (Peter Stewart)
Management of Change
* Process PIMS/PMCS MoC Module access requested for new MoC Owners.
* Provide coaching on the MoC Procedure and use of the PIMS/PMCS MoC Module to new MoC owners, as required.
* Assist team members in progressing MoCs through PIMS/PMCS, as required.
* Revert any queries that cannot be answered locally to central Change Lead (Claire Mercer)
Risk Management
* Process PIMS/PMCS Risk Module access requests for new Risk Owners.
* Provide regular introductory sessions on the Risk Management Process to New Hires within their base location.
* Provide coaching on PIMS/PMCS Risk Module to new Risk Owners, as required.
* Assist Delivery Leads within their base location with risk activities and PIMS/PMCS updates.
* Provide PIMS/PMCS risk reports to support monthly Tier 3 (Delivery) and Tier 2 (PGM) risk reviews
* Revert any queries that cannot be answered locally to central Risk Lead (Michael Duckett)
Organisational Learning
* Provide regular introductory sessions on Organisational Learning Process to New Hires
* Assist team members and OL Focal Points within their base location with learning activities such as lesson review and capture.
* Provide regular (monthly) reports to OL Specialist on the number of users trained and any outstanding OL actions due.
* Revert any queries that cannot be answered locally to OL Specialist (Adam Czermak)
IHUB Support
* Provide regular introductory sessions on iHUB to New Hires
* Act as local iHUB Super User to assist teams in maintaining collaborative workspaces on iHUB. This includes:
o Creating & Maintaining Team Sites, Libraries & Lists
o Adding and Managing User Permissions
o Creating calendars
o Updating Site Owners
o General support for base location users including call Logging with relevant Helpdesks
* Revert any iHUB queries that cannot be answered locally to central iHUB Administrator (Christina Kehinde)
* Revert any document control queries to Information Management Lead at base location
