The Company:
Our client has been engaged in the exploration and production of natural gas in the Netherlands and the North Sea Continental Shelf since 1964. In the Dutch sector of the North Sea, gas is produced from 22 platforms and 3 subsea production installations. Most of the platforms are unmanned and remotely operated; four have gas treatment facilities. After treatment, the gas flows through a network of pipelines to GasTerra (the former Gasunie Trade & Supply) onshore. The offshore production centres

The Role:
- New offshore field development project of > 100 M€, 2 years implementation time
- Topsides modification > 50 M€, 24 months implementation time

- Ensure the HSE and Quality of the project and its organization within their scope, incl. HSE visits, HSE monthly meetings and committees, HSE exercises, World Safety Day and HSE Management Day, anomalies reporting (>10), HSE trainings, promote HSE policy and practices to contractors (e.g. “12 golden rules” campaign), elaboration and follow-up of contractors HSE KPI’s, contribute to studies for selection of “greener” chemicals.
- Organize scheduling and planning procedures (including progress measurement) and deliver the required output in accordance to the project requirements.
- Develop and maintain Project planning documents at adequate levels using sound techniques and well proven tools
- Prepare and maintain schedule baseline:
• Facilitate development and implementation of Project Work Breakdown Structures
• Accumulate and compile accurate and complete schedule data to assemble project CPM schedule; ensure that project activities and deliverables are properly planned and that project team members are aware of the schedule constraints.
• Analyze actual progress data to determine trends versus baseline (including S-curve).
• Forecast progress, performance and schedule trends of projects to provide project management with information for decision making.
• Perform What-if scenarios and run schedule risk analysis.
• Maintain project schedules, progress and performance charts.
• Provide input to weekly & monthly reports to Project Administrator.
• Provide schedule close-out data for inclusion in Project close-out report.
- Attend weekly project management meeting.
- Attend monthly progress meeting.

- Contact with all Contractors, Operation and other project players

- Ensure proper reporting and clear communication with respect to progress and performance within the project

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Completed education on: Technical Education (MBO/HBO)
- Ample relevant industrial knowledge and experience, offshore experience “preferably” including subsea piping systems.Capable of building an integrated closed network schedule, an “EPIC” (Engineering, Procurement, Installation & Commissioning) schedule.
- Minimum 7-10 years experience in similar position and fully literate in Primavera Enterprise, P4, P5, P6+/Excel/Access
- Pro-active attitude, hands-on spirit, project committed
- Good technical and practical English
- Clear communication skills
