The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

The Role:
Provide an efficient and effective Project Planning Service

Efficiently manage the planning processes to meet project objectives including providing information, guidance and support on programme matters to the project teams.

This is an intermediate role with opportunity for development

* Ensure effective planning is carried out for all Projects
* Ensure a robust adherence to procedure whilst looking for continuous improvement.
* Ensure robust programme change control is exercised
* Provide consistent and proactive programme reporting at project level
* Maintain key resource capacity information at all times.
* Ensure effective programme support is provided for all variations
* Able to analyze and advice project teams on programme risk.
* Manage all Key Interfaces at project level
* Attend Site and Customer Meetings
* Interface with other planners

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* HNC level (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline - Electrical or Mechanical.
* Competent User of Primavera P6
* Computer literacy - Minimum Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
* Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
* Happy to get involved and do what's needed
* Minimum 2 years planning experience.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Have worked in HV environment
* Worked on multi discipline projects
