The Company:
Our Client's subsea expertise is based on more than 75 years of design, installation, and manufacturing of subsea equipment, control systems and related products/ services. Service to the Oil & Gas industry began in the 1920s.

The Role:
The Role:

•Responsible for the commercial, contractual and administrative aspects of the Controls Work Package for the designated Project.
•Expedite Engineering for complete and finalised technical documentation.
•Responsible for continuous updating and forecasting of main developments on each procurement package prior to and after placement of
PO.
•Be dedicated point of contact for Procurement within the Project Team.
•Responsible for communicating main developments on the Controls Procurement Package work scope to the Project Team and other
internal and external customers and Client.
•Conduct ad-hoc and scheduled audits on Purchase Orders and sub-contracts to ensure adherence and alignment with project
requirements.
•Lead supplier project kick off meetings where required.
•Interfacing with the Procurement operations team – particularly the relevant commodity buyers / senior buyers.
•Interfacing and maintaining the relationship with the Commodity Management Team.
•To establish and maintain a process for regular, effective and efficient follow-up / expediting on project specific orders.
•Interfacing with key project suppliers.
•Identify problematic issues which could affect project deliverables and recommend recovery actions to Programme Manager.
•Provide Project specific procurement training to the procurement operations team.
•Conduct presentations to Client and internal and external customers on project procurement progress and specific areas of concern.
•Fulfil HSE responsibilities in line with Company policy’s and management system.
•Assist Procurement and Vendor Management as required.
•As necessary, perform other tasks, which require essentially the same level of skill and responsibility.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience in a similar role.
