The Role:
Reporting to the Quality SPA and the Engineering Manager, the Project QA Co-ordinator is responsible for assisting with developing and implementing the Project Quality Plan. Also responsible for assisting with audit schedule implementation and will be responsible for quality metric reporting in tabular and graph format. Some travel to site to assist with audits but mainly office based.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assisting with Compliance with Guidelines and OMS
• Alignment with company project reporting metrics.
• Assist to Maintain the project quality plan for company.
• Assist with Review and critique contractors QMS,procedures.
• Attend Project Meetings where required in the absence of the Lead Quality Engineer.
• Assist with Issue of Non Conformance or Corrective Action Reports raised.
• Monitor contractor trends and leading indicators to aid compilation of quality metrics
• Assist with Implementation of the project audit schedule by taking part in audits if required

Essential Criteria
• Ability to do monthly metric reporting to identify leading and lagging indicators.
• Exposure to quality related activities and in possesion of or training to become a lead
auditor.
• Attitude to learn is more improtant than recognised qualifications but some background in
quality is required.

• Assists in Implementation of a risk based Quality Management System.

• Good reporting skills with a strong emphasis on quality metrics and preparing graphs
• Awareness of audit schedule and the audit process .
