The Role:
An urgent vacancy has arisen for a Project Quality Lead to join our Quality and Compliance team based in Harwell . This is initially a 6 – 12 month contract although could be considerably longer as it is only phase 1 of a large project.

It involves supporting the initial set-up phase of a large consortium led project in the area of fusion energy. It plays a core part in establishing a quality culture within the consortium, and developing shared working processes to make project delivery as effective and efficient as possible.

•Identify and implement opportunities for improvement or good practice within the project context.
•Use a systems thinking approach to focus the consortium on requirements and interface management.

•The consortium is formed of three organisations with the addition of a number of sub-contractors. Designing shared processes needs to take into account the cultural differences between the companies, the language difficulties, and the existing established ways of working.
