The Company:
The Project consists of the engineering, procurement and construction of new Plant within the Isle of Grain LNG Terminal in Kent, UK.
The Plant consists of a new Road Tanker Loading Facility (RTLF) with a twenty-five year lifespan at the Existing Facility, comprising of two LNG road tanker loading bays and local control room (with provision for 4 bays), and connecting cryogenic pipework and utility connections from the Existing Facility.

The Role:
Responsibilities include:
• The overall management, development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Construction Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001and project specification requirements.
• The overall management, development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the PED and EU Directives compliance plan/specification.
• Coordination of site inspection work with NoBoiCoBo and Client.
• To guide and assist Construction management in all matters of Quality Assurance, including the identification, correction and prevention of quality problems.
• Issue, control and implement of the Construction Quality Plan, quality policy and associated Quality Procedures.
• Making sure that personnel have the necessary information in their posts for the prefect development of their function
• Ensuring and verifying that Subcontractors have a Quality organization and follow this Construction Quality Plan
• Ensuring the review of Subcontractors quality plans, procedures and instructions Monitoring Subcontractors implementation of quality plans and procedures Establishing a Quality Audit Schedule at site
• Performing Quality Audits at site
• Monitoring non conformities raised the implementation of corrective I preventive actions and the effectiveness of solutions taken
• Ensure that work is performed in accordance with project specification requirements and that all inspections and tests are carried out at the required intervals and recorded on the applicable QCR's. Ensure that inspection status is maintained during all phases of construction.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Strong Leadership
Design/Construction Experience
Construction Quality Experience
LNG Experience is an advantage
PED and EU Directives implementation experience
CSWIP 3.2 or equivalent
Welding Inspection and Hydro Testing Experience
