The Company:
Our Client is one of the world's largest Oil and Gas companies. Their operations cover the entire energy chain, including oil exploration and production to trading, shipping and refining and marketing of petroleum products, as well as chemicals. Our Client has operations in over 130 countries and has more than 95,000 employees worldwide.

The Role:
•Compilation of Project Weekly Narrative Report.
•Compilation of Project Monthly Management Report using graphical and textual information.
•Compilation of Project Summary Monthly Report.
•Compilation of 6 monthly ’Fiche Project’, Semestrial and Board Reports.
•Compilation of Adhoc Reporting.
•Compilation of Partner Reporting information.
•Potential Management of Project Mailboxes.
•Input to Project Information Strategies.
•Input to future Management of Project Data Filing and Storage Systems.
•Be a proactive source of and delivery of key information.
•Develop and maintain effective & productive relationships with both Project Team members & Contractor Representatives to ensure all parties are informed & involved with reporting matters as appropriate.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Preferably qualified to ONC / HNC / HND level in a relevant Technical / Business discipline with a minimum Higher Standard or similar level qualification.
•Should have previous oil industry experience gained within a technical, engineering or data management environment, preferably within the oil and gas industry or similar industry.
•Excellent written and oral communication.
•Good interpersonal skills are required along with a good common sense approach.
•Strong prioritisation, time management and organisational skills.
•Competency in the use of a wide variety of software packages such as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
•Good writing skills and ability to produce technical reports and presentations as required.
•Good knowledge of website applications.
•Must be able to work on own initiative and with minimal supervision.
