The Company:
An established oil and gas exploration and production in Indonesia

The Role:
To perform data gathering, collating and reporting internally and externally for all Projects and activities under the responsibility of the Projects Development Department. Projects data will include disciplines activities status, Cost status, Schedule and Progress status as per the Projects Plan.

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• To receive, log, track and reports on information received from Project disciplines (Engineering, Procurement, Permitting, HSE, Government Relations, D&C, etc.), Work Package Leaders and EPCI Contractors.
• To receive, log, track, and compile presentations contribution from Project disciplines and verify formatting, correctness and completeness of the Final versions.
• To identify, categorize and process cost and schedule (Project Controls) data from all sources within the Projects Development Department.
• To use MS Office tools and/or any other software/tool to produce reports as per the Project Controls Plan, for internal and external distribution.
• To file originals in accordance with proper file code assignment and maintaining files.
• To maintain softcopies of all reports issued and data received.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Higher education degree, preferably in Engineering discipline or Computer/Systems discipline.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Project Services/Control area or engineering positions.
• Successful track record in similar roles on very large international projects.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Good understanding of Project Management methodologies and Project Controls.
• Very good ability to work independently when required.
• Excellent computer skills, specifically in all MS Office tools, Visio, etc.
• Good abilities to read, understand, interpret and write reports and documentation.
• Sound written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
• Experience of working in multi-national environment, high ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
• Experience of working in multi-national environment, high ability to work effectively with people from multiple cultures and backgrounds.
• Problem Solving, Flexibility, Innovation, Excellence orientation.
