The Company:
Our Client oversees and manages all the operations associated with major LNG projects.

The Role:
Working as part of the PMO team, this role is responsible for overall project scheduling and tracking, working closely with the project/program managers/lead to ensure continual work across all programs/projects, and the effective use of resource to meet agreed milestone.
Consult with the appropriate project/program team members to ensuring proper planning is completed prior to the commencement of work
Formulate and develop advanced scheduling that gives continual work flow for the overall work program ensuring all components of the project are completed within the expected delivery timeframes.
Advice and support the PMO, Project and program managers/Lead to meet their delivery, safety and quality objectives through efficient scheduling.
Monitor and maintain the master schedule for each program/ project. Identify and record the progress of work to baseline milestone, identify corrective actions.
Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports Gantt, PERT, milestone charts and other program management tools used to support critical path analysis, near term tasks work authorization, priority based resource allocations, performance variances and to support cost/schedule integration.
Integrate multiple schedules into a master project schedule, base lining statusing performance measurement baseline budget at completion (BAC), Cost performance index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Estimate at completion (EAC) and estimate to complete (ETC).
Work in collaboration with project/program management team to drive consistency of the project approach scheduling approach to facilitate accuracy in Project execution and reporting.
Identify major milestone, decision points, project life-cycle and other projects events.
Identify potential gaps, risks and obstacles that may compromise the success of projects/programs, trouble shooting, and presenting appropriate strategies to overcome barriers.
Assists in defining and implementing schedule software (MS Project, Primavera or specific program mandated software etc) management processes and procedures regarding scheduling conflicts/changes
Maintain accurate record/paperwork
Facilitate and participate in weekly, monthly and quarterly schedule reviews.
Ensure the adherence to schedules, deadlines and project milestone
Continually monitor and review progress to plan throughout the life of the projects in conjunction with the project managers/Lead and PMO
Coordinate inter-project/program dependencies including equipment and resource allocations.
Prepare standardised project status report and assists in validating and tracking project delivery activities.
Communicate with project/program managers/lead and project resource and ensure their attendance at required meetings.
Ensure that scheduling operates in accordance with the company's management system.
Assists project/program managers/lead plan the most efficient use of resources within the project
Provide governance over project/program-related scheduling and resource decision
Maintain the overall management and oversight of the program, balance the need to closely monitor subordinate projects/programs without being drawn into the fine details.
Maintain focus across a broad range of projects/program, manage often conflicting requirements.
Ability to synthesis information from various reliable sources into an integrated schedule.
Effectively communicate the outcome of the schedule development or update process by presenting targeted and relevant information from schedule in elegant and effective formats by reporting the right information to the right stakeholder at the right time.
Maintain safe individual working practices and take active steps to maintain own safety and that of others, ensuring that all incidents and potential hazards are identified reported including near misses.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or equivalent in relevance discipline
Minimum of 5 years experience in scheduling and planning of projects
Subject matter expertise in Project Management and PMO Skills to develop and manage Integrated Master Schedule and the supporting detailed schedules
Extremely proficient in MS Project and primavera, Visio and MS Office
Superior interpersonal and demonstrated facilitation skills, including the ability to motivate and influence other, build effective interpersonal relationship and be able to foster and contribute to positive and productive team environment.
Creative and innovative, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in work style to better respond to multiple request/tasks and handle sudden changes in priorities. Able to embrace and participate in change initiatives.
Strong organizational, analytical, verbal & writing skills to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications.
