Our Client is a Leading Global Operator in the Oil and Gas Industry.

The Role:
Reporting Relationships:
Reporting to the Projects Services Manager and working closely with members of the project services team along with the Project Leadership Team and the wider project administration team

Job Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will provide administrative support to the Project Services Manager and wider project services team.

Working on a busy and high performing project, you will require strong organisational, planning and communication skills. You will be a highly motivated and proactive person with a ‘Can do’ attitude.

• Plan, organize and prioritize workload on a daily basis to meet deadlines
• Organize meetings - venue/room logistics, issuing agenda, inviting attendees, monitoring attendees’ responses including audio conference calls / VCs where required and taking minutes
• Diary management for the project services manager
• Establish and maintain shared server location and SharePoint location for team and own team management documents such as leave calendars, movement tracker and organisation charts
• Maintain filing system – including paper and electronic
• Prepare routine letters, presentations, reports, faxes, memos and emails to standard formats to support the work of the team.
• Proficiency with computers, including ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Serve as team’s point of contact for all administration including assisting with all ad hoc requests
• Update distribution lists for Project Services Team
• Assist in the organisation of office functions and teambuilding events

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, especially writing
Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization
Ability to work without supervision and take a proactive approach to problem solving
Patience and adaptable
Ability to assess and anticipate requirements of team
High degree of integrity and professionalism
Experience and sensitivity to working in a multicultural environment
Attention to detail with a low tolerance for errors

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Able to start at 8:00am
