The Company:
Our client a globally renowned Oil & Gas Operating Company are looking to recruit a Project Services Coordinator for a long term contract position in Azerbaijan.

The Role:
Roles and Responsibilities - Project Services Coordinator

Planning

Maintain Baseline Schedule and act as Single Point of Accountability for incorporation of approved changes
Facilitate Planning and Scheduling meetings, collect and incorporate input and distribute output as required
Maintain planning and Minutes of Meetings’ folders, keep track of updates and archiving previous versions of documents e.g. schedules
Assist in collecting and analysing data as required

Cost

Assist in facilitating Projects invoices tracking process:
Timely register invoices in Commercial Browser and pass to Cost Specialist
Timely scan approved invoices and file in the appropriate folder, register in Commercial Browser and send to AP for processing via internal mail
Facilitate POs Close-out process
Facilitate Call-offs/DRs preparation and approval as required

Communication

Participate in weekly team meetings to access upcoming tasks/projects and track/share info on on-going ones
Liaise with Contractors on timely submission of reports as required
Maintain PAC/FAC Register and facilitate timely issuance of PAC/FACs

Coordination

Support on-site team by coordinating materials supply as required in order not to allow for any delays in work programme
Establish processes to efficiently receive, handle, respond to, track and close-out material requests
Liaise with Logistics personnel and Construction Contractors to monitor delivery of required materials to Projects sites
Coordinate in-country travel for visiting vendor representatives, as required
Training coordination and maintenance of Training Matrix

Other

Make a personal contribution to the health, safety and environmental performance of the company through the following actions:

Participation in the Organisations safety meetings and trainings
Identification of any safety concerns or risks in the work area
Maintaining total confidentiality and adhering to Organisations Code of Conduct is required at all times
Additional tasks as required by LM and APM

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education: degree from an accredited institution
An ideal candidate should possess 2 yrs of exposure in projects environment
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office software
Fluent spoken and written English, good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to Multi-task and learn quickly
Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard of consistency, accuracy and quality is essential
quick learning ability
strong interest to develop within projects services discipline
good understanding of projects environment and oil&gas industry
