The Company:
Our Client is a Global Operator in the Oil and Gas Industry.

The Role:
For the current phase of the Project the key roles and responsibilities will
include:
 As part of the Project Team, provide leadership on HSE issues and in
particular set by example the behaviours necessary to deliver the team’s
commitment to no accidents, no harm to people and no damage to the
environment.
 Perform planning and scheduling activities in support of the Project. This will
include functional overview of Contractor scheduling activities and the
development of an overall single integrated project schedule
 Develop a WBS, aligned to our client's set standards, for application across the project
scope
 Lead schedule risk analysis to determine the range of possible project
outcomes
 Undertake cost control and reporting for the project. Manage cost reporting
from Contractors and collate data to align with our client’s corporate
requirements.
 Maintain a Master Control Estimate, including periodic inclusion of changes
and updates.
 Manage the development and update of cost estimates
 Develop and run a common risk management process across full project
scope. Provide support to contractor processes
 Establish and run project reporting processes aligned to corporate
requirements
 Establish information management requirements, including document control,
and ensure these are applied by all Contractors.
 Support development of Project strategies for Execute phase of the project
 Develop Project Services organisation to support the Execute phase of the
Project
 Work with the other members of the Project Team to ensure effective
interfacing between all facets of the development.
 Pro-actively manage the project risks and all mitigation measures within area
of control
 Ensure that lessons learnt and best practices from past and existing projects
and operations are integrated into the facilities.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree qualified in relevant discipline
 Member of relevant professional body
 Experience of hands-on project service support covering both scheduling and
cost control
 Experience of working in a client role on offshore projects with multiple design
and construction locations
 Strong personal commitment to Health, Safety & Environmental Performance
 Multicultural and international experiences preferred.
 Ability to work proactively with minimum day to day supervision
 Experience of using Primavera planning software
