The Company:
Our client is a leading global oil and gas operating company.

The Role:
The Project Services Team Lead will play a key role in providing services to a portfolio of projects in the areas of estimating, scheduling, planning, budgeting and documentation.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• The PSTL provides cost control and planning support through their team in accordance with Cat B UDP for their specific program.
• The PSTL will be a working position accountable for PSE roles and responsibilities for the projects assigned to the PSL.

Key Accountabilities:
Implement common cost and planning processes, procedure and standards for projects and provide cost controls support. Focal point for field communication

Key Responsibilities
1. Accountable for assigning projects to PSEs within assigned program
2. Accountable for reviewing all WBS proposals and ensuring proper compliance.
3. Accountable for the quality of all information from your respective program.
4. Accountable for conducting peer reviews.
5. Accountable for the oversight of assigned team.
6. Expected to seek out and participate in formal training provided by Company and to ensure assigned team is also participating.
7. Accountable for timely delivery of monthly reports, GFOs, WIPs, PRRs and ad hoc reporting for assigned program.
8. Accountable for communicating and ensuring accuracy of Bedspace Requirements to the North Slope Construction Team.
9. Accountable for ensuring assigned project services deliverables are developed in a method to support regional and global benchmarking efforts.
10. Accountable for ensuring quality information to the Central Dashboard
11. Accountable for communicating with the Program Managers summary level reports on schedules, commitments,
12. Accountable for establishing a milestone based Level 1 Schedule for the program assigned
13. Accountable for reviewing and approving variance analysis, recovery plans, change order basis, MoCs, PRR deliverables and basis documents (cost and schedule)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have the following qualifications:

- Legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than your current employer;
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a similar professional discipline or 10 years experience;
- Extensive Project Services and support experience. / supervisory experience;
- Self-motivation and a high level of individual initiative and self-reliance;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

EDUCATION: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a similar professional discipline or 10+ years experience.

LANGUAGES: English fluency required

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
CERTIFICATIONS: AACE Certification perfered.
