The Company:
Our Client is the largest LNG producing company in the world, with an annual LNG production capacity of 42 million tonnes per annum (MTA), safely and reliably delivering LNG to customers around the globe from world-class facilities in Qatar.

The Role:
• In depth Operations knowledge and experience in Oil and Gas Industry. Able to appreciate routines and challenge of the Operations Team, especially the role of Field Operators. Have sound understanding on what constitute a good Field Operator Round and be proactive in monitoring the field conditions.
• Have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical disciplines, production personnel and executives, both internal and external.
• Have experience with workshop facilitation with Multi Discipline Technical Team to develop Field Operator Round Design or similar. Effective listener, good at listening to requirements or problems without bias. Able to apply Constructive questioning, good at identifying all the necessary criteria. Assists in gathering the data/documentation needed by the Asset teams to complete their reviews (PIDs, Vendor manuals, Procedures, etc.) for the completion of the operator rounds process.
• Drives or leads the work processes related to Field Operator Rounds Design.
• Able to plan, coordinate and delivery of successful projects related to Field Operator rounds or similar. Able to coordinate and review with all asset teams in order to drive consistent implementation of Operator Rounds. Able to provide Project scheduling and reporting. Able to produce work in tight deadlines whilst maintaining a very high attention to detail and accuracy. Able to provide coaching and mentoring to the Operation Team on Best Practice of Field Operators Round and methods to develop the round.
• Act as positive Change agent within the Site for implementation of operator rounds. Willingness to drive changes within the organization.
• Good interpersonal skill and able to build good rapport with key stakeholders in order to ensure alignment and gain support to provide resources.
• Good written and spoken English and good communication skills.
• Must be flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Have strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Strong PC skills, MS-Office, Planning Software and MS-Project a necessity.
• Have a meticulous approach to quality and familiarity with risk assessment.

• Conduct workshop to develop Field Operator Round Design according to the project timeline.
• Ensure Field Operator Round Design meets the expected standards and requirements
• Ensure Operation teams are fully involved in the development and commit to the Field Operator Round Design.
• Perform Project planning, scheduling and report.
• Performance Project planning, scheduling, controlling, monitoring, reporting and the assigned project resources to best meet project objectives.
• Support the Field Operator Rounds IT tool set up and configuration
• Implement the Field Operator Rounds including the IT Tools.
• Coordinate all training requirements.
• Responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints of the project. Prepares and distributes a description and timeline of the Field operator rounds project.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• At least 10 years working experience in the Oil and Gas industry in the Operations discipline, preferably LNG Plant.
• In depth understanding of Field Operator roles and responsibilities. Experience in Operator Round Design will be highly desirable.
• Good facilitation and communication skill.
• Possession of recognised Engineering Degree will be an advantage
• Experience in Project Coordination and Management will be an advantage.
