The Company:
Our client is a leading global oil and gas operating company.

The Role:
The Stewardship Transfer Coordinator is answerable directly to the Technical Manager, and is accountable to the Project Stewardship Transfer 'Steering Committee' (to be formed, per the Stewardship Transfer Plan or STP).

Responsible for the overall execution of the Project Stewardship Transfer to Operations and associated Project close out processes. Systematic process set up and implementation, execution, co-ordination, control and reporting.

Interfacing with identified key Project Group Leads and other PT responsible parties to ensure smooth and timely Stewardship Transfer of all identified categories through Engineering, MC, System Completion, Start-up and Facility Turnover from the PT Project (EMDC) to Production Company or Pipeline Company, as applicable.

Stewardship Transfer Group categories (as described in the STP) include: Regulatory & Environmental, Surface Facilities (with Risk/Loss Prevention), Law, Tax, Controllers, Treasurers, Commercial, Health, Safety & Security, Contracts (procurement), Working Interest owners and Government Reporting, Information Management/Doc Control & GIS, Community Affairs, and Subsurface.

General Responsibilities:
1. Update / Finalization of Project Stewardship Transfer Plan defining scope of work, required deliverables and activities including interface responsibilities between Development & Production Companies
2. Ensure required relationships are established and maintained to implement the process.
• Identify key Stewardship Transfer Group members
• Set up key Stewardship Transfer Groups
• Train Group Leads on Stewardship Transfer process requirements/goals to implement Stewardship Transfer process
• Liaison with Production/Company reps to ensure key party identification and engagement throughout process execution
3. Development and maintenance of comprehensive and historical ‘Stewardship Transfer Group 'Lists’ detailing associated transfer scopes of work applicable to each Stewardship Transfer Group
4. Co-ordinate alignment and approval of ‘Stewardship Transfer‘ activities/deliverables scopes
5. Co-ordinate interfaces among Project Teams, Completions/Start-up organizations and Production or Pipeline Company on Project Stewardship Transfer processes, expectations, deliverables and activities.
6. Implement regular Group coordination meetings to update, expedite, share and progress ‘Stewardship Transfer list’ deliverables and activities
7. Monitor resolution and close out deliverables and activities on the Group Stewardship Transfer Lists including assisting in identification of anomalies, exceptions or duplication.
8. Implement and monitor regular individual Group progress reporting
9. Set up regular summary reporting to the Stewardship Transfer Steering Committee
10. Provide assistance to Stewardship Transfer Groups, Development & Production/Pipeline Companies in Stewardship Transfer to Ops processes, deliverable/activity requirements including execution and reporting to ensure a timely and systematic stewardship transfer of Project to Production or Pipeline Company
11. Maintain comprehensive Stewardship Transfer database documenting the Stewardship Transfer Completion Certification details/signatories, agreement and transferal dates of Lead Stewardship
12. Secure agreement/endorsement of Stewardship Transfer Completion Certification by Stewardship Transfer Groups, PM, Steering Committee and Company VPs
13. Assist in development of other Company Plans/Procedures as required to facilitate/ensure the successful execution of the Stewardship Transfer process.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
1. International oil & gas production and downstream Project execution experience (10 + years) within Project management, Construction, Completion, Start-up & Operation organizations
2. Offshore and onshore Site fabrication execution experience (10 + years)
3. Experienced in project execution of international contractors/companies including management and execution of EPC Contract requirements & Specifications
4. Experienced with EMDC Projects including associated world wide execution standards
5. Experienced in personnel and interface management
6. Decision maker utilizing available data and past experience in order to maintain objectives in accordance with Project schedule & priorities
7. Possess a proven and demonstrated ability to progress multiple activities within internal and external interfaces
8. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
9. Proficient in EMDC Project Management Systems (UPMS, EMCAPS, OIMs etc)
