The Role:
Job Title : Project Support Administrator

Reporting to : Commercial Director Key relationship : Team Leaders, Project managers, engineers ; project co-ordinators
Scope of Role : Provide direct support services and assistance to the project teams engaged with the design of construction projects

• Increase project team performance.
• Support and assist the project teams with project implementation, project management routine and administrative functions.
• Ensure project structure is implemented appropriately, ensuring timely setup of templates, filing structure etc.

• Ensure the completeness, security and integrity of project records and documentation.
• Ensuring adherence to company and professional standards and delivering on promises.
• Measurable:
- 60% of time to be billable to projects.
- Quality Checks – At handover, setup, reviews and delivery, closedown, archive.

Providing Support to all project teams throughout the project lifecycle, from initial project setup, project delivery, to close/archive including:.
• Providing support and assisting in the development of best practice throughout the project to ensure compliance with the Business Management System (BMS) and corporate procedures and prevailing company policies and directives.
• Supporting the application of project management tools, techniques and processes across the Buildings projects in Godalming
• Be a mentor for Project Information Management System (PIMS) and Content Server for the team.
• Assisting the project teams to ensure consistent and appropriate application of control procedures and reporting of project status.
• Assisting and supporting project teams in the production and collation of project documentation, ensuring project standards are maintained, reports and documentation are issued on time and required actions are completed.
• Supporting compliance to document management procedures, quality and version control:
- Ensuring robust management of project documentation.
- Quality Control - ensuring all documentation adheres to company procedures with regards to templates / branding.
- Version Control.
- Brand control
- After project close ensure continued compliance with procedures leading to project archive.
• Provide support to the project teams with regards to project related administration.
• Support business unit phone cover
