The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
We are now looking for a Project Support Analyst - preferably with experience or a good working knowledge in either an Inventory Management or Supply Chain role.

•This role will focus on supporting the Implementation phase of an exciting transformation project which includes but is not exhaustive to the following deliverables:
•Data Migration, Training (End User - Internal & External), Testing - UAT, Business Readiness, Process Mapping and documentation, Communication planning and execution and Early Life Support activities.

Experience Required:

•Previous experience of working either in an Inventory Management or Supply Chain role with a good working knowledge of key areas within the supply chain and logistics business.
•Methodical and process driven, possessing sound analytical and problem solving skills.
•Strong communication skills and be a team player. Be able to work to tight deadlines.
•Previous experience of delivering or supporting one or more of the following activities: Data Migration, Business Process Mapping, UAT, End User Training, Communication Planning, Business Readiness planning and Early Life Support engagement.
•Prior exposure to Project Governance would be advantageous as their will be an element of administration involved in the role. Strong desktop skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
3 Key Skills:
1) Computer literate in MS Office package, especially excel, PowerPoint and Visio
2) Be able to work to tight deadlines in a team environment whilst taking direction
3) Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with a multitude of internal and external stakeholders

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experience Preferred:
•Automotive experience would be desirable.
•Working knowledge of SAP but not essential.
•Previous experience of working on a project would be advantageous.
•Does not have to be educated to degree level.
