The Role:
“Only candidates who already have the rights to work in Azerbaijan will be considered for this role”.

The role requires effective coordination of the Project Support processes (primarily Management of Change, Action Tracking, Risk Management and Performance Management), administering the associated tools, databases and registers (PMCS and iHub) and providing front-line support to the large user community. Support to users will include facilitation with training and coaching where necessary and quality assuring the overall effective use of the systems. The incumbent will have system edit rights, will be required to analyse performance and deliver accurate management reporting to Leadership and Delivery Team managers.

The role requires excellent IT skills, good organisational skills with strong attention to detail, a good degree of self-motivation and initiative with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the Organisation. Emphasis will be on influencing the organisation to improve performance through procedural compliance by acting as local Administrator of the Action Tracking Process and PMCS Tool for all modules. The incumbent will support the development of a standardised approach to the induction of new hires and organisational conformance to GPO procedures and practices.

In addition there is a requirement to participate in all other Project Support Team activities; e.g. including Project governance and assurance, Project Services Implementation Planning, and Performance Management.


• Coordination and administration of the project’s Action Tracking, Management of Change & Risk Management systems including quality assurance, data and performance management.
• Act as local PMCS & iHub (Sharepoint Site) Super User
• Provide regular introductory sessions on the toolsets and Project Support processes to new hires
• Provide support and training to end users including coaching on the associated Procedures as required
• Provide accurate reporting of performance and analysis on a project wide basis.
• Assist in expediting actions and changes through the system
• Assist delivery team with risk and learning activities
• Provide active participation in the future implementation of systems, registers and databases.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of the common strategies and procedures.
