Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Support Process Coordinator to coordinate support processes and toolset, administering systems and databases and providing front-line support to systems users. Support to users involves facilitation with training and coaching where necessary and quality assuring the overall effective use of the systems. The incumbent will have system edit rights and be involved in routine reporting of performance to Leadership and Delivery Team managers.
The role requires basic IT skills, preferably including MS Sharepoint or other related applications, a degree of self motivation and ability to trouble-shoot, adapt and learn. Emphasis will be on influencing to improve performance through provision of efficient toolsets, interaction and further systems development. The role requires participation in all other Project Support Team activities; e.g. Major Projects common process, Project governance and assurance, communications and information management, risk management, change management, action tracking, interface management and organisational learning.
Main Activities :
Coordinate the administration of the project’s Action Tracking, Risk Management, Change Management, Interface Management, iHub and Organisational Learning Systems and processes
Provide Help Desk support and training to end users
Participate in facilitated meetings as local Champion of the associated processes
Analyse performance and provide accurate reporting of status and advice to Leadership
Provide active participation in the future development of systems, registers and databases
Liaise with delivery teams during early implementation stages of new or modified systems and any future developmental changes to ensure full alignment with processes and strategy
Support the development of a common approach in systems administration and organisational conformance to GPO driven standards
Contribute to the development and upkeep of the common strategies and procedures
