The Role:
Contract Position - Based in Aberdeen - Part Time - Flexible Hours

Schedule and coordinate meetings, Team Building events, travel and other similar activities for Project Managers & Project Engineers
Raising and amending purchase orders via the comapny system
Liaise with suppliers and vendors regarding the supply of goods/services as delegated by the Project Manager.
Secretarial and administrative support including typing letters and reports, phone calls, emails, filing, record keeping and filling in forms
Ensure the smooth day to day running of the project office, managing building maintenance issues, IT problems and any office safety issues
Focal point for any new starts & leavers at the company
Provide a consistent and controlled method for administration tasks within the
Projects group as required. Coordination of the administrative support ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Demonstrable competence in all standard Microsoft packages
HNC/D or similar in administration preferred
Experience is similar role preferred
Excellent communicator with the confidence to liaise at all levels both internally and externally
