The Company:
A major oil and gas operator for all their non-operating projects worldwide.

The Role:
The Service is performed on behalf of the Audit Department and consists in preparing and conducting PTRs

Each PTR follows the below steps:
• Preparation :
- Clarification of the actual perimeter and scope of the PTR
- Organization of the review and all technical details in liaison with the specialists who are part of the audit team and with the project’s correspondent.
• Implementation :
- Kick-off meeting to precise the objectives, the methodology, the scope and the planning of the review
- Supervision of the team of specialists gathered to perform the reviews and follow up
- Analysis of the documents provided by the project with the objective of identifying potential deficiencies in the technical and/or organizational systems in place which could hinder an efficient production, and propose corrective measures
- Drafting of findings and synthesis
- Visits on site as appropriate
- Feedback meeting to present the main findings to the pre-project or project Management
• Finalization :
- Collecting of the project’s answers to the findings
- Validation with the pre-project or project of the suitability of the corrective measures decided in line with DGEP quality assurance policy
- Issuance of Final Report

The PTRs references are :
• The statutory regulations of the country concerned
• Original design specifications
• Total and DGEP Directives, Company Rules, General Specifications and Guides and Manuals
• Relevant standards, policies, procedures and instructions of the Operating Company
• Other relevant standards, international codes and good practices

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The Service Provider must have expertise in the areas of conception and/or operation of oil production installations in varied contexts and environments, be able to understand a wide variety of technical topics, to evaluate the constraints specific to each site or project’s environment and be able to reach a consensus on the corrective measures to be put in place.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Good command of English and French
