The Company:

The Role:
Study and understand the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents & Addendums received from Client, identifying and listing the complete techno-commercial bid deliverables.
Preparing and issuing the appropriate and concise commercial and technical queries/requests to client for more clarity during the bid preperation period.
Involving in the development of the proposals bid preparation strategy for each tender.
Liaison with procurement team, material suppliers, equipment vendors and sub-contractors to receive the quotations on time and evaluating the technical and commercial information, ensuring the bid tabulation is aligned with present market rates and database/benchmark unit rates.
Complete involvement of EPC Cost Estimation activities, preparation of base cost estimates, and ensuring accuracy in estimates and timely completion.
Reviewing cost estimates and supporting technical documentation from engineering and other disciplines, prior to Top Management review.
Liaison/co-ordinating with internal departments like Engineering, Procurement and Construction to ensure that all relevant input received from them for submission is inline with Client ITT documents, Addendums & Tender Clarifications.
Co-ordinating with other proposal team members like Contracts and commercial dept, Finance dept., for getting required inputs to compile technical and commercial bid.
Attending Client tender clarification meetings/negotiations, along with management and later revising & updating the bid as discussed with client and endorsing the changes to previous submitted tender.
Maintaining good rapport with Client and obtaining feedback from Client on tenders submitted.
Assisting in the preparation and compilation of awarded project contract documents, prior to contract signing and ensuring that all contract documentation is in line with all previously agreed tender negotiations.
Receiving and understanding post-contract feedback, obtained from executed projects, for use in future bid efforts.
Documenting and filing all relevant tender correspondence and data in a professional manner as per company standard format.
Handover of all relevant tender documentation to Projects and Contracts teams after award of contract and attendance of Project Start-Up meetings when required.
Adhering to all quality compliance and auditing requirements for conduct of ethical and transparent operations including compliance to company policies, guidelines and procedures.
Complying with Health, Safety, Security and Environmental policies, procedures.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Degree qualified with min. 10 years experience in the same discipline in the oil & gas industry.
