The Role:
Principal accountabilities

•Manage and ensure the offshore protective coating execution by the contractor is in accordance to the HSSE-MS requirement.
•To ensure the scope of work are performed as per BSP-12-STANDARD-602-10 Contractual condition and Quality.
•To ensure the operational requirements are met either by the provision of BSP or Contractor
•To coordinate and interface with all the relevant parties on site (offshore) prior to and throughout the duration of the Protective Coating Campaign execution.
•To perform all the operational verification process on the work done, and on the regular issuance of reporting ie. Timesheets, daily progress reports, etc.
•To attend the regular meetings on site and provide the status or progress of the work to the Assets
•To stand in as the On-scene commander during emergencies and interface to ASSET at the unmanned platforms.
•To monitor and provide adequate reporting to AEO/51 on progress, S-curves, manage disputes and avoiding claims from contractor on site.
•As an advisory role for `management of change’, redirecting site work plan in safely manner to avoid NPT.
•To ensure the painting execution as per the yearly approved IAP plan.
•To provide support on the marine matter, coordinate and manage the personnel on board, the work boats’ and USVs’ movement within the marine requirement such as anchor patterns and any marine logistic requirement.
•To coordinate all the relevant steps of the painting execution workflow, ie involve directly onsite on the verification of work packing, pre-handover, and final handover processes.
•To provide supports to the relevant parties and stakeholders namely to Painting CE, TA, AEO/31/3, AUs, AES/48/4, SMR/x, and OPM/x.
•To manage, control and monitor the day to day HSE and the relevant operational matters ie. HSE Pakats, Near Misses, and Accidents etc.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years experience in the field of offshore construction/painting, supervising a multi-discipline work force engaged in installation and static maintenance and experience in the marine operations
