The Company:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced PSCM Analyst to be the focal point for the PSCM Angola team for all performance reporting requirements including (but not limited to):
• Purchase to Pay
• Materials Management
• Cost Recovery (the process for recovering Client’s costs from the national oil company and Client’s partners)
• Backbone Readiness (Backbone is a standard IT infrastructure package being rolled out throughout Client)
• Operational Procurement
• Demand generation to material receipt tracking
The frequency of these performance reports will be subject to specific business requirements.
Mandatory:
• Complying with all Client Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) policies and procedures
• Complying with all Client Code of Conduct policies
The successful applicant will be required to design, build and automate required metrics where possible. In addition this role will be required to develop training content in order to embed knowledge into the wider Client organisation.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Strong analytical skills.
• Expertise in utilisation / relationships between multiple data sources and the appropriate datasets necessary to fulfil data requirements / manipulation.
• Must be well rounded from a technology standpoint and should have a solid understanding of how different systems interface with each other (e.g. Maximo & SAP).
• Prior experience of using Business Objects to create reports is preferred.
• Prior experience of SAP reporting is preferred.
• Expertise in understanding ERP data elements and conditions to build required metrics.
• Knowledge of P2P system and processes and materials management desirable.
• Strong customer focused background. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to effectively communicate with business team members and technical team members.
